AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to join our nationwide team handling service lane interactions and driver support. You will explain technician recommendations in plain language and identify upsell opportunities while keeping customers safe in their vehicles.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments to ensure a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers warmly when they arrive and assess vehicle needs.
• Explain service recommendations in clear, plain language; suggest upsell opportunities.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates and track timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely work completion.
• Follow up with customers on vehicle status and satisfaction.
