Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers if not ready as promised.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs.
• Ensures completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service bulletins.
