Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the central point of contact for service and repair activities. You will liaise between customers and technicians, explain required services, and manage expectations for timely delivery.

A clean driving record and basic computer skills are required, with professional appearance and a positive attitude. The role emphasizes world-class customer service in a fast-paced team environment, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follow up on repair status and obtain authorization for revised estimates.
• Present repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs with customer expectations.
• Ensure all repairs pass quality control and/or road tests.
• Keep up to date on vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and service information.
• Meet or exceed service level targets and maintain proper documentation.
• Attend meetings and training; perform other duties as assigned.
