Modern Genesis of Lake Norman is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. You will bridge customers and technicians to ensure a smooth, transparent service experience from drop-off to pick-up.

As the primary point of contact, you will assess vehicle concerns, recommend services, create repair orders, and communicate status to customers while collaborating closely with technicians and service managers to drive satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive customer service or service writing experience preferred
• Solid knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and follow-through
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
