Germain Lexus of Naples is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be the first point of contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics, and will coordinate with technicians and customers to ensure smooth service flow.

The role requires excellent communication, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail automotive environment at our Naples, FL location.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a service-advisor role or related automotive service environment.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Organized and friendly personality.
• Fantastic communication skills with customers.
• Professional appearance and team orientation.
• Ability to work with little supervision.

Responsabilités

• Answer service calls, set and confirm appointments.
• Write repair orders.
• Act as a liaison between the technician and customer.
• Assist your client through the service process.
• Collaborate with team members for loaner availability and warranty processing.
