Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to serve as the face of the service department. You will present and sell needed services, build rapport with customers, and ensure adherence to manufacturer maintenance schedules while driving customer satisfaction and retention.

You will greet customers, obtain vehicle details, promote services, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate with technicians to communicate repair timelines. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain relevant vehicle information.
• Advise customers on maintenance and services per manufacturer specs.
• Generate and communicate complete repair estimates.
• Schedule service appointments and manage repair completion times.
• Answer service calls and maintain CSI through follow-up activities.
• Follow warranty guidelines and protect customer, vehicle, and company information.
