Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and gather vehicle information.
• Promote services and explain maintenance options to customers.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and communicate timelines.
• Schedule and manage service appointments, keeping customers informed.
• Answer service calls and maintain customer follow-up to drive CSI.
• Follow warranty guidelines and comply with laws and company policies.
