Job summary

Asbury is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of the dealership for service customers. You will present and sell needed products or services professionally while aligning with manufacturer maintenance schedules. Build rapport to promote satisfaction and retention.

Role requires greeting customers, advising on care and value of keeping vehicles, providing accurate repair estimates, and managing appointments with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience heavily preferred.
• Must have great customer service, phone and computer skills.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• The Service Advisor greets customers and obtains vehicle information.
• Promotes and builds rapport, explains care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Generates an estimate of repairs and communicates completion times.
• Answers service calls and schedules appointments; supports CSI targets.
