The VanDevere Automotive Family in Akron, OH seeks a Chevrolet Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. You will listen to concerns, explain options, and create accurate service orders to ensure a smooth experience.

You will upsell services such as oil changes, brakes, and alignments, using automotive knowledge to recommend needed repairs while building lasting customer relationships and trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto service or dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand vehicle concerns.
• Explain repair options, estimates, and service recommendations clearly.
• Write service orders and communicate with technicians.
