Auto Services Unlimited's Honda of Cleveland Hts is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane, communicating vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics, and guiding clients through the service process.

You will write repair orders, schedule technicians, coordinate with loaners and warranty processing, and collaborate with the team to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor/Writer preferred.
• Proficient with NNAnet.
• DealerTrack experience preferred.
• XTime experience preferred.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction.
• Good organization skills and a friendly personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated; works with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally answer service calls, and set/confirm appointments.
• Accurately and thoroughly write repair orders.
• Act as liaison between the technician and customer.
• Assist customers through the service process.
• Collaborate with team for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure.
