Wynne Ford Group in Hampton, VA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary contact between customers and the service team. You will diagnose needs, deliver honest estimates, and coordinate with technicians to provide timely repairs and maintenance.

You will greet customers, describe problems to the team, schedule appointments, and follow up on status and feedback, while maintaining service records and promoting additional services to boost satisfaction and dealership goals.
