Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Skokie, IL is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary customer contact from check-in to pickup. You will schedule appointments, document concerns, and present clear estimates for services and repairs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma/GED, a valid driver’s license, and six months of customer service or sales experience, with strong communication and a consultative sales approach. This is an onsite role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, and/ or technical school certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of six months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers from check-in through pickup.
• Schedule appointments and create repair orders with clear estimates.
• Review technician findings and recommend services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with technicians for accurate communication and timely completion of repairs.
• Process payments and deposits and support customer satisfaction goals.
