Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) within CARCARE AAA Car Care Centers, LLC is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary customer contact throughout the vehicle service process. You will assess needs, recommend maintenance and repairs, prepare repair orders, and communicate with customers and technicians to ensure accurate and timely work.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Minimum six months of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from check-in through vehicle pickup.
• Schedule appointments, document concerns, create repair orders, and provide clear estimates.
• Review technician findings and use a consultative approach to recommend services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate communication and efficient workflow.
• Process payments, collect deposits, maintain records, and support customer satisfaction goals.
• Promote products and services and assist with inventory and service department operations.
