Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Service Advisor for an onsite role at the Chastain Park facility. You will serve as the primary customer contact, schedule appointments, document concerns, prepare repair orders, and liaise with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient service.

Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• At least six months of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from check-in to pickup.
• Schedule appointments, document concerns, create repair orders, and provide estimates.
• Review technician findings and recommend services based on needs and history.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure workflow and timely repairs.
• Process payments, collect deposits, and maintain records.
• Promote products and services and assist with service department operations.
