Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers from check-in to vehicle pickup.
• Schedule appointments, document concerns, create repair orders, and provide service estimates.
• Review technician findings and recommend maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle history.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure clear communication and timely repairs.
• Process payments and deposits, maintain records, and support service department operations.
• Promote company products and services and identify additional customer needs.
