Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout the vehicle service process. You will assess needs, recommend services, prepare orders, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely work.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Competitive salary with performance-based bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or technical school certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Minimum six months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from check-in through vehicle pickup.
• Schedule appointments, document vehicle concerns, create repair orders, and provide clear estimates.
• Review technician findings and use a consultative approach to recommend maintenance and repair services.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate communication and timely completion of repairs.
• Process payments, collect deposits, maintain records, and support customer satisfaction goals.
• Promote company products and services and assist with service department operations as needed.
