Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Service Advisor for the Fort Mill Car Care Facility. This onsite role supports customers from check-in to pickup, schedules appointments, and provides clear repair estimates.

You will collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion and a positive customer experience. Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, with at least six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Minimum of six months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from check-in through pickup.
• Schedule appointments, document concerns, create repair orders, and provide estimates.
• Review technician findings and recommend services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
