Chula Vista Honda in San Diego, California is seeking a Service Advisor. You will be the primary liaison between customers and the service department, documenting concerns, preparing estimates, and communicating timelines.

Formación

• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance terminology.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and OEM service platforms; CDK experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and document service concerns and vehicle information.
• Prepare repair orders and service estimates per guidelines.
• Communicate pricing and timelines with transparency.
• Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and timely repairs.
• Provide updates to customers and maintain communication throughout service.
• Review completed work for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records within the DMS and OEM systems.
