Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, retail, or automotive experience required.
• California driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
• At least one year of verifiable driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Ability to perform all essential functions of the job description.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and address concerns and questions about vehicle service.
• Provide clear information on services, repairs, and maintenance.
• Create and manage service orders with detailed records of vehicle and service history.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and service completion.
• Provide estimates and progress updates to customers, including delays and recommendations.
• Prepare and process service invoices with accurate billing and documentation.
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
• Conduct follow-up calls to assess post-service satisfaction and issues.
