Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Greenville, SC is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout the vehicle service process. You will schedule appointments, document concerns, prepare repair orders, and communicate with customers and technicians to ensure accurate, efficient work.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with service center hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum six months of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong communication and consultative sales abilities; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers from check-in to pickup.
• Schedule appointments, document concerns, create repair orders, provide estimates.
• Review technician findings and communicate recommended services.
• Coordinate with technicians for accurate communication and timely repairs.
• Process payments and deposits; maintain records and customer satisfaction.
