AAA The Auto Club Group in North Carolina is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers and guide them through the service process. You will assess needs, recommend maintenance and repairs, and prepare repair orders for technicians to execute.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive a positive service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or technical school certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Minimum of six months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to build relationships and recommend products/services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from check-in through vehicle pickup.
• Schedule appointments and document vehicle concerns; create repair orders; provide clear estimates.
• Review technician findings and use consultative approach to recommend services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate communication and timely repairs.
• Process payments, collect deposits, maintain records, and support customer satisfaction goals.
• Promote company products and services and assist with service department operations as needed.
