Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is hiring an onsite Service Advisor at our Chastain Park Facility. You will be the main contact for customers, assess needs, and recommend maintenance and repairs, while coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient service.

The role requires excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. You will handle estimates, payments, and promote services in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the department's performance and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to upsell and recommend services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers from check-in to vehicle pickup.
• Schedule appointments, document concerns, and prepare repair estimates.
• Review technician findings and suggest maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure clear communication and timely work.
• Process payments and deposits and maintain accurate records.
• Promote products/services and assist with other service operations.
