Job summary

JACKIE COOPER IMPORTS LLC seeks a Service Advisor to be the central contact for service and repair activities, coordinating between customers, managers, and technicians. You will listen to customer problems, arrange service, and set expectations for delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, automotive training or experience, a clean driving record, and strong communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience preferred.
One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between customers, managers, and technicians for service/repair activities.
Explain needed repairs and recommended maintenance to customers.
Set and manage customer expectations for service delivery and repair timelines.
