Bob Johnson Imports is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Award-Winning Service Team. You’ll connect customers with technicians, clearly document issues, and provide honest time and cost estimates in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.

Previous service advisor or automotive experience is preferred, and the role emphasizes professional communication, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional service experience to every customer.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers professionally and with genuine care.
• Listen to concerns and document vehicle issues clearly.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service flow.
• Write accurate repair orders and record technician notes.
• Provide clear estimates of time, cost, and labor.
• Advise on routine maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
• Act as liaison between customers and technicians.
• Monitor repair progress and communicate updates.
• Contact customers for timeline or estimate changes and approvals.
• Ensure customers leave satisfied and informed.
