JACKIE COOPER IMPORTS OF TULSA is seeking a Service Advisor who serves as the main liaison between customers, managers and technicians. You will listen to concerns, outline needed repairs, and set expectations for service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive training or experience, and at least one year in a dealer‑level or large facility environment, with an unrestricted driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience preferred
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between customers, managers and technicians

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service and repairs
