The successful candidate will handle scheduling, write repair orders, coordinate test drives, and educate customers on maintenance needs while delivering exceptional service and accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• CSI performance is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally; gather and document vehicle information.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service flow.
• Accurately write repair orders and clearly document customer concerns.
• Conduct or coordinate test drives to verify issues when needed.
• Review service history and inspect vehicles to recommend additional maintenance.
• Educate customers on recommended services and maintenance requirements.
• Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
