Group 1 Ford of Southwest Houston is seeking a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This is more than a service role; it’s an opportunity to be the face of the customer experience, build lasting relationships, and drive results in a performance-driven environment.

We’re looking for customer-focused professionals with at least 3 years of service advisor experience, fluency in English, and the ability to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Service Advisor experience required.
• Ford Service Advisor experience a plus.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Promote and build rapport with customers.
• Advise on vehicle care and manufacturers’ specifications.
• Generate and communicate repair estimates.
• Schedule and manage service appointments.
• Maintain CSI goals and uphold warranty guidelines.
