Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner and obtain customer data.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts and obtain approval.
• Notify dispatcher of incoming work and track progress.
• Deliver vehicle to customer and answer questions.
• Establish payment method and secure credit approval if needed.
• Follow up on repairs and maintain CSI.
