Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the communications hub between customers and technicians. You will listen to concerns, explain needed repairs, and manage expectations for service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills. Experience in auto dealerships or large facilities is preferred. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of dealer-level or large-facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt, accurate diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers when delays occur; obtains authorization for revised estimates.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery by setting customer expectations.
• Ensures repairs pass quality control and/or road test; stays current on vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
• Maintains compliance with safety policies and documentation standards.
