Job summary

Rafferty Subaru is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will greet customers, determine service needs, and provide clear estimates for repairs and maintenance. You’ll keep customers informed on progress and work closely with the service team to ensure timely, high-quality service.

We value exceptional customer service, reliability, and strong communication. Previous automotive experience helps but is not required; we can train.

What We’re Looking For?

• Ability to be to work on time and a reliable teammate is required
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure to maintain quality customer experience
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry is a huge plus but is not required
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• A passion for helping customers and solving problems
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
