Job summary

Group 1 Rivertown Subaru, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our fast-growing service team in Columbus, GA. You will help drive customer loyalty by delivering an outstanding vehicle service experience and clearly communicating maintenance options to customers.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of automotive service advisory experience (Subaru experience a plus), a passion for customer service, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 Year Automotive Service Advisor Experience Preferred
• Subaru Service Advisor Experience is a plus!
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to achieve targeted goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid in-state driver’s license and must maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
