Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of repair order management, maintenance recommendations, and customer service excellence
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organized; manages multiple repair orders efficiently
• Confident, ethical service recommendations
• Comfortable discussing repairs, timelines, and pricing
• Basic computer and dealership system skills
• Valid driver’s license

• Listen carefully to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders
