Job summary

Rafferty Subaru is hiring a Service Advisor to join our family-owned, fast-paced dealership. You will greet customers, assess service needs, and provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance, while coordinating with the service team to keep customers updated on progress.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for helping customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to be on time and a reliable teammate.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure to maintain quality customer experience.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for helping customers and solving problems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
