Balise Motor Sales in West Springfield, MA is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to provide an exceptional customer purchasing experience. No prior automotive sales experience required; you will be trained through a paid 90-day program and earn base plus commission.

You will greet customers, enter inquiries into CRM, present vehicle features, schedule appointments, and work toward closing sales with warranties and financing explanations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and professional presentation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Accurate data entry into CRM and basic math calculations.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Enter contact and interest data into CRM.
• Maintain rapport with customers by suggesting trades and following up on leads.
• Present product knowledge on New and Pre-owned vehicles.
• Schedule and manage calendar for appointments and follow-ups.
• Attend daily sales meetings to support goals.
• Qualify buyers and close sales, explain warranties and financing.
• Maintain appearance of inventory on display lots and showrooms.
