No prior automotive sales experience is required; training is provided and built around a paid 90-day program with aggressive commission potential.

You will greet customers, capture information in the CRM, demonstrate vehicle knowledge, and help buyers compare new and pre-owned options.

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience required.
• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Enter customer information in the CRM accurately.
• Demonstrate knowledge of features, warranties and services.
• Schedule and manage your own calendar for appointments.
• Qualify buyers and work toward closing sales with financing options.
• Attend daily sales/training meetings and support goals.
• Maintain appearance of inventory and showroom displays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer purchasing experience.
• Present brand-specific knowledge for New and Pre-owned vehicles.
• Follow up on leads from various sources and maintain relationships.
• Close sales by addressing objections and presenting warranties and services.
