Balise Motor Sales in Hyannis, MA is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to greet customers, gather lead information, and present both new and pre-owned vehicles. You will follow up in our CRM, qualify buyers, and help close sales while explaining warranties and financing options. No prior automotive sales experience is required.

A 90-day paid training program is provided. You’ll work under supervision of the Sales team to build product knowledge, schedule demonstrations, and maintain

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with others.
• Present information in a clear and professional manner.
• Time Management – ability to manage one’s own time.
• Type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system.
• Ability to solve basic math calculations.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Gather customer contact & interest information and enter in the CRM.
• Maintain rapport with customers and follow up on leads.
• Present product knowledge on New and Pre-owned vehicles.
• Schedule and maintain calendar for appointments and follow ups.
• Attend sales/training meetings to reach department goals.
• Assist in closing sales and explaining warranties and financing.
• Maintain appearance of inventory on lots and showrooms.
