Balise Motor Sales in West Warwick, RI is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate with no prior automotive experience to deliver an unforgettable first impression and guide customers through vehicle options.

You will greet customers, collect contact details in our CRM, present features, arrange demonstrations and test drives, and follow up to build relationships and close sales.

The role includes a paid 90-day training program and an aggressive commission-based earnings plan to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Typing and data entry accuracy.

• Ability to learn product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Gather customer contact & interest information and enter in the CRM.
• Maintain rapport with customers; suggest trade-ins and respond to inquiries.
• Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle features, warranties and services.
• Schedule and follow up on customer appointments and leads.
• Attend daily sales meetings to help reach goals.
• Help maintain inventory appearance on lots and showrooms.
• Close sales by addressing objections and finalizing contracts.
