Job summary

Balise Motor Sales's Honda of North Attleborough location is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional customer purchasing experience for New and Pre-owned vehicles. No automotive sales experience is required, and you will be trained through a paid 90-day program.

You will greet customers, capture leads in the CRM, present vehicle knowledge, arrange demos and rides, manage your calendar, and contribute to promotions while advancing within a structured career path.

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with others.

• Time management - ability to manage one's own time.
• Type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system.
• Ability to solve basic math calculations.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Gather customer contact & interest information from new customers and accurately enter in the CRM.
• Maintain rapport with customers by suggesting trade-ins, responding to inquiries, and following up on leads.
• Present products to customers by demonstrating knowledge of features, warranties and services.
• Continuously build knowledge of new product information.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Schedule and maintain your own calendar for appointments and follow ups.
• Attend and participate in daily sales/training meetings to help reach goals.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of inventory on lots and showrooms.
• Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests.
• Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing contracts, and arranging delivery.
• Enhance dealership reputation by taking ownership of requests and adding value.
