Balise Auto in Springfield, MA is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver an unforgettable first impression. You will greet customers, capture data in our CRM, and present both new and pre-owned vehicles with strong product knowledge.

The role offers a paid 90-day training program and a performance-based compensation plan. Advancement is possible through structured training programs, with opportunities to train into Finance and Sales leadership roles within the dealership.

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience required.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Enter customer data into CRM accurately.
• Proficient in basic math and computer use.
• Willingness to travel up to 5–10%.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Gather customer contact and interest information and enter into CRM.
• Maintain rapport with customers by suggesting trade-ins and promotions.
• Provide product presentations with knowledge of features, warranties and services.
• Schedule and maintain your own calendar for appointments and follow-ups.
• Close sales by negotiating price, completing contracts and explaining financing.
• Maintain appearance of inventory on display lots and showrooms.
• Attend daily sales/training meetings to reach goals.
