Victory Automotive Group, a family-owned dealer network, is hiring a Sales Business Development Representative (BDC) to handle inbound sales inquiries, showroom requests, service questions, and internet leads. You will coordinate with Sales and Service teams to deliver exceptional customer care and drive sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred.
• Experience in call centers or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages all incoming sales and service appointment queries (phone or internet) by scheduling appointments and confirming pending appointments.
• Coordinates questions and issues with appropriate department personnel.
• Tracks sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirms special order parts.
• Helps follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation when needed.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
