Victory Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help manage inbound sales inquiries, showroom requests, and service inquiries. You will coordinate with Sales and Service teams to meet customer needs and ensure a professional experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, administrative skills, and a friendly, courteous demeanor to drive customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive sales/service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manages all incoming sales and service appointment queries via phone or internet by scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
• Tracks sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirms special order parts.
• Helps follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation when needed.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
