Victory Automotive Group seeks a proactive Business Development Representative to manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and support showroom and service teams. You will greet visitors, handle internet leads, and coordinate with sales and service to satisfy customer needs.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills, with familiarity in the automotive industry being a plus. It offers a professional environment and opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Available to work full time, nights, and some Saturdays.
• Experience in a similar administrative, clerical, call center or customer service role.
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manages all incoming sales and service appointment queries (phone or internet) by scheduling appointments.
• Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
• Tracks sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirms special order parts.
• Helps follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation when needed.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
