Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to handle inbound sales inquiries, showroom requests, and service queries with a friendly, proactive approach.

The role requires strong administrative abilities, excellent communication, and the capability to coordinate with Sales and Service teams to meet customer needs. A positive, professional demeanor is essential in our busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.) preferred.
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry a plus.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with phone and computer systems; Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages all incoming sales and service appointment queries (phone or internet) by scheduling appointments and confirming pending ones.
• Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
• Tracks sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirms special order parts.
• Helps follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manages all required paperwork and records; prepares documentation when needed.
• Provides administrative support as needed.
