Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. You will handle inbound sales and service inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate with Sales and Service departments to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has prior administrative or customer service experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Automotive knowledge is a plus, and Reynolds and Reynolds experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a similar administrative/clerical role preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive sales/service is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming sales and service appointment queries by scheduling appointments and confirming pending ones.
• Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirm special order parts.
• Follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Maintain all required paperwork and records; provide admin support as needed.
