Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages inbound sales and service appointment inquiries by scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments.
• Coordinates questions with the appropriate department personnel.
• Tracks sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirms special order parts.
• Helps follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manages required paperwork and records; prepares documentation as needed.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
