Victory Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to handle incoming sales and service inquiries, greet visitors, and support the Sales and Service departments with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has prior experience in administrative roles and a working knowledge of automotive sales/services is a plus.

The role requires a professional, friendly demeanor, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a similar position (admin, clerical, call center, customer service) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mobile knowledge of automotive sales/service is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales and service inquiries via phone or internet and schedule/show up appointments.
• Coordinate questions with appropriate department personnel.
• Maintain paperwork and records; prepare documents and reports as needed.
• Provide administrative support to Sales and Service teams.
• Follow up on leads and manage follow-through on inquiries.
