Job summary

Hertz is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to drive sales and finance activities, deliver outstanding customer service, and support lot operations and omni-channel channels. Expect hourly wage with sales commissions and a strong emphasis on CRM quality and paperwork accuracy.

The role includes photo duties, car deliveries to partner hubs, and maintaining organized lots, with a focus on meeting monthly targets and maximizing NPS/financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Car sales experience or related experience in automotive retail
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to deliver results in a global matrix organization
• Goal oriented with strong customer service focus

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales and finance process to close deals
• Provide excellent customer service and support omni-channel sales
• Support lot operations and merchandising
• Fully execute the sales process and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate CRM outputs and follow-up
• Assist with the finance process to enable favorable PVR
• Coordinate vehicle photography and delivery to partner hubs
• Transport cars and support lot organization as needed
• Ensure incoming vehicles are checked in and documented

Job Description

The Automotive Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Wage: Hourly wage plus sales based commissions averaging per year $80,639/yr , specifically $21.65/hr + anticipated average commissions of $35,670/yr

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent Car Sales Experience, valid Drivers’ License, capable of delivering support and results, able to succeed in a global matrix organization, goal oriented, identify and support business needs.

VALID Sales License Required for The Following States: Arkansas, Nevada, California, North Carolina, Colorado, Ohio, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Idaho, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Louisiana, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.
