Job summary

Hertz in Richmond, Virginia seeks a Car Sales Consultant to drive the sales and finance process and deliver outstanding customer service on the lot and through omni-channel channels.

The role includes executing the full sales process, hitting monthly targets, maintaining CRM cleanliness, supporting the finance process, and assisting with vehicle photo, delivery, and lot merchandising while contributing to strong NPS scores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Sales license required for specific states including VA and others.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the sales & finance process and delivers excellent customer service.

Job Description

Car Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent Car Sales Experience, valid Drivers’ License, capable of delivering support and results, able to succeed in a global matrix organization, goal oriented, identify and support business needs.
