Hertz Automotive is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant in Stockton, CA. You will fully execute the sales process, support finance, and provide outstanding customer service while aiding lot operations and omni-channel sales initiatives. Expect a strong CRM output and accurate paperwork, with car deliveries to partner hubs as needed.

The role offers an hourly rate of $17.00 plus anticipated average commissions, overtime, holiday and sick pay, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Car sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Job description

TheAutomotive Sales Consultantfacilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

What You'll Get:

• Hourly Rate / Wage is $17.00 + anticipated average commissions of $34,807/yr
• Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)
• Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
• Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hours
• Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Car Sales Experience, valid Drivers' License, capable of delivering support and results, able to succeed in a global matrix organization, goal oriented, identify and support business needs.
