AutoNation is a leading automotive retailer seeking motivated, customer-focused e-Commerce Sales Associates to drive the car-buying experience. You will help customers select vehicles, present financing options, and close deals with a focus on satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include guiding buyers through the process, following up for loyalty, and coordinating with Service to support ongoing ownership. High school diploma required; prior sales or retail preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and safe driving record.
